There may not BE one top threat. Williams seems to excel with DW in there. Richard might also show out.

Scott is fantastic, but I honestly think that both Cain and McCloud are a step ahead as far as their explosiveness, vision and elusiveness in open speed, and speed. These two kids will be absolutely ridiculous for us next year. Williams a big possession guy who can, on occasion get behind defenses (play action/stop and go's).
The 2 newbies can get behind the defense on obvious passing downs without the need for play action.

Don't rule out Trevion Thompson. He is going to be a very good player. He may be Mike Williams with more burst.

running game is usually more indicative of a dominant OL. I would LOVE to have that, but i need to see it to believe it.

The whole list is a threat, weapons are over the place. Williams and Peake will be the go to WR's. Scott, ray ray and Cain can be used all over the field. We have a stable of running backs that will probably be lead by Gallman and Dye, with Choice a close 3rd. TE's are deep as can be with Leggett, Seck and the 2 talented Fresh. coming in. Its basically on the O-line just being decent-good and we should be back to scoring 40ppg again.

Well - if our coaches have learned anything from their bad choices this year, and decide to NOT run DW almost every stinking play, then Tay Scott will be the leader in total yards. Williams after that, and then Gallman, Choice, etc.
Did you mean to include Cain & Ray Ray? Huh? You know something you can share?

I know talent wise, they will probably be the most talented pieces on offense outside of DW. Cain has Sammy potential, immediately.

Think Mike Williams will pick up right where he left off.
There's something Nuk-ish about the way he's able to track the ball and adjust to it. It's not something you can teach and it's something that's readily apparent when you look at his success in matchups despite not having blazing speed or agility.
Dare I say, MW also reminds me of Alshon Jeffrey a little bit in that he doesn't have off-the-charts measurables but can flat out go get the ball.

Completely agree with this. MW is very nuk-esque. Back shoulder fades all day bc although he may not be able to get separation on the long ball, the timing of his jumps and ability to use his great hands & body to go up for the rebound and ###### balls out of the air so naturally, is really fun to watch.

With a serviceable OL and good health, folks, look the fck out...I can't recall this much speed since the CJ/Jacoby days...These guys have all the intangibles to make HUGE game changing plays...My @ss is getting wet just thinking about next season

Wait until they put DW outside and one of the freshman in the QB position (Tucker or Kelly) Defenses will flip the FCK out. No way they can cover all the receivers and 2 dangerous QB's on the field. The first time we do that they call TO and can't come up with a plan.

I for one think all of them will be awesome. But I really think that Trev. Thompson could have a breakout year! I know everybody thinks Ray Ray will be WR but I think he will just be all purpose everything. He will excite some people next season as well.

Peake

Lots of people look over Charone Peake I feel like these days. With his injury problem last year and all these new guys coming in he seems to fall between the cracks. I wouldn't be surprised if he was our number one receiver. Not saying he will be but gosh he is good. Don't forget he is faster sprinter than Sammy and Martavis. They both admitted in interviews Charone was faster. His two TDs this year were both incredible catches. If he and deshaun get some chemistry I could see Charone and Mike Williams having 1000+ yards next year. Much like Sammy and Nuk 2011

...have obviously had a huge part in his career.
It sucks, as you are right - he had the promise of anyone we have brought in.
Hope you are right and the knee strengthens and he gets the confidence in it to let him be as good as his potential.

Mike Williams. He is only going to get bigger, stronger, and faster next year. He reminds me of mike williams from USC a few years ago in a smaller/faster frame. Uncoachable ball skills. Nd alot of people sleep on his speed. Heres a nice article I had saved about his vs sammys stats.
