Only one regular season game left and we've wasted

so much time and energy on blaming people and thinking we arm-chair or bleacher coaches know what's best rather than recognizing how hard this team has fought through a great deal of adversity and inexperience. I've been critical, too, so I'm not just throwing stones. Now we have one more weekend left of regular season ball and I'm sitting here wondering where it went! It disappeared in a hail of accusative posts and criticisms, rather than celebrating some hard fought wins, the overcoming of mistakes and inexperience, and the general tenacity and grit of this team. This may not be the most talented team of the last 10 or so years, but I think it may well turn out to be the strongest team who subsequently has the most character and maturity.

We all expected great things as the season approached, and most of what we expected we didn't get. But if we can step back and look at what we got that we didn't expect - the character, determination, fight, maturity, poise - we've had a heckuva year and I wish I'd been able to look at it this way and enjoy it more!

Yep. I’m glad they danced in the locker room after those “ugly” wins. They earned it.

Your comments are so on point. I, for one, said some things that should not have been said. We are looking at possibly another 10 win season. It's been a tough year for the players and Coaches. Many times I fail to remember that the other team wants to win as much as Clemson. Toss in injuries and illnesses that was not expected and it's tuff to win 9-10 games a year or go undefeated. If it was easy, many teams would have those records. A lot of teams do not. I am thankful that our Tigers have a 8-3 record at this stage of the season. Go Tigers.
