Do you think Lyn-J told Bockhorst to BLOCK SOMEBODY

...BLOCK ANYBODY...
before he left the team?
Maybe that'll light a fire under those big uglies.

I have been to all home games and several away games that LJD played (a few plays) in during his time at Clemson. I do not remember that he ever ran up the middle of the line. He always tried to go around the outside on all plays that I watched. When he is on the field all defensive players know it is going to be a pass play or he is going to the outside. While he will be missed; I do not think it will affect the Team at all in yards gained.

Odd that Shipley found holes up the middle consistently when he was in the game.
He just has a different mind-set from Lyn-J Dixon.
I’m liking what I’ve seen of Shipley so far.
He need to start and to get Most of the carries.
If we establish that we can run up the gut, it will open up play action and help DJ a great deal.

I agree that Shipley is a much better between the tackles back than Dixon.

I’m not saying that it’s impossible to run up the middle, just a lot harder.
Dixon deserves some of the blame for bouncing outside as much as he did, but it’s not like he had huge holes to run through and didn’t.

Worry about protecting your beloved basketball program you claim to know so much about. You don’t know sheet about football or much of anything for that matter. You just like to hear yourself think out loud, Archie Bunker.

everybody he was owed the starting job instead of going out and earning it. Now he's yet-another modern-day quitter.
I'm sorry it's come to this but he had his chances to focus and be a team player.

Don't think he would say that to his face. If you would have at it.

You do realize the 2 of them had a confrontation at the game.

It was pretty close to a fight. Lyn J said something alright.
One reason why he’s no longer with us. But the OL prob deserves a good ole chewing!

Like I said go ahead and chew on them. But do it to their face not on a laptop. Have at it.

Creating and make something out of it.
Like Shipley did ...
The yards are there for a back with the quickness and toughness to work for them.
Lyn-J Dixon had hit his ceiling two years ago.
Mellusi should have stayed and Dixon should have departed.

being a team player, a team supporter, deleted tweets, then left the team with a week left to play. Anyone still making excuses for him is a Clown. Of course, post history proves that for most of you complaining .
He waited his turn, but thought he was due the starting job, he was out recruited and the same Clowns on this board that were crying because Dabo went with KB2 instead of TL16 , are now bytching because Dabo didn't go with the older guy this time. Some,we know your names cry, bytch and moan, no matter what. You don't matter, the staff isn't asking your opinion and if they fail, the AD also won't ask your opinion.

All I’m saying is Lyn J prob told them they sucked at blocking. Which is true. But prob doesn’t need to come from Lyn J

LJ was already in the doghouse before the season. Probably Bock busting LJs butt for running backwards 8 or 9 yards. He he did that twice in the game.

time, I think he rightly figured he would see little time after that...smart move transfer portal, and wish him well...I am sure many teams will be going after him.

When I first saw this, not long after you posted, I was thinking this might have really happened. It certainly would explain a lot.
