Another sign of getting old?

This morning when getting dressed for work, my bad left leg went down the right pants leg - not unusual for a guy with a bad leg and poor balance. But right before that my left arm went into the right shirt sleeve and I was confused for a bit! How does that happen? Anyone else here need help getting dressed?

Hope that never happens... especially since my flexibility limits my foot lifting to only about my knees.

last Sunday before I realized I was trying to put my right arm into the left arm of the jacket, and then wondering why it seemed to be all twisted.

and be able to catch them before they hit the floor, like Jeff Foxworthy described years ago. Now, they just fall to the floor sadly, without much effort, and have to be picked up, much like Bob Uecker catching Phil Niekro's knuckleball after it stopped rolling.
