Doubt it was sarcasm or cockiness. These 5 star recruits just have a lot of attention, and after a while, I imagine it really is just routine to have big name visitors. I do wish it seemed more special, though.

It comes across to me as arrogance. I'm sure this is a great athlete, and I like the way he attacks the ball carrier, but at the next level, everybody is like the best of the best he has faced, so he probably won't dominate like in HS. Not a slam, but just a fact. Everybody on Clemson's team will be like the best players he faced in HS.
