Offensive Identity, is it?

1. Pre-determined by the HC and OC? (based on some type of philosophy)
2. Set by the coaching staff at the beginning of the season based on the talent and capabilities of the player? (based on a philosophy, but adjusted to align with skills and abilities)
3. Determined over time based on the team's productivity? (how do you coach this)

Over the past two seasons, I don't know what our team's identify is. It's like they try a bunch of stuff to see if it works.

What is it?
Run first
Pass first
Air Raid
Attack
Finesse

Do we have a basic offensive scheme?

I think our scheme is to be the most predictable offense in all of college football. If I see one more drawn up QB draw on 3rd down, I'm going to lose it.

We have a Heisman QB who can do it all, so the offense begins and ends with him. To the WRs: You go down and out, you underneath across the middle, and you go long. We'll just keep running that because we have a Heisman QB.

That really seems to be it.
