The man won two national championships at little old Clemson. People need to show him some respect. This year is no doubt an outlier bad year. I will say the last several years are not what we were hoping for but still not “bad”.

I agree with most everything you post tug. But he's not more Clemson than posters on the board.

There was Clemson before Dabo and there will be Clemson after Dabo. Dabo's joined Clemson, he didn't make it. That's a fact.

Y'all make him out to be some genius all mighty God. Y'all think he's some kind of idol. He's a well paid college football coach. Nothing more. Nothing less. Just like Brad brownell is a well paid college bball coach. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Yes, Dabo is Clemson, but let’s not minimize the many people who have put in a lot more hours into Clemson than Dabo has.

Remember, these are people who did it for free because they love Clemson - they don’t love Clemson because they are paid to.

My family has been Clemson fans since the early 40’s when the first one attended and are 6-figure annual donors. We were here long before Dabo and long after. I’m sure there are many others like us.

All that being said… I agree. Clemson is not Michigan or Texas A&M with unlimited money to pay buyouts. We need to look at Iowa and understand that a bad season does not mean the coach can’t have more good seasons. Just chill out and regroup.
