I does a great job at Coastal but I think he needs a few more years to develop.

Nothing wrong with our offense that our injured players coming and our QB getting experience and learning how to recognize defenses and finally being able to change plays at the line will not cure. That change may or may with our current QB. Remember the saying you can't change chicken #$$@ into chicken salad.
