Half will be dry rubbed dirty bird, other half sawcy nashville hot.
Also, some random japanese sweet taters y roasted broccoli.
And beer. Fair amout of beer. Bells 2 hearted for moi.

Short marinade in lemon juice and evoo. Made a topping of thyme, dill, scallions, capers evoo and lemon juice. S&P as needed. Served it with cilantro rice and a small salad.
Had a Dr. Loosen's reisling.
Good stuff.
