I have a friend who is deeply involved with the Tiger Walk project. He told me that when the project is complete they aren't actually going to be walking to the stadium from the bus.
Apparently, we have worked out a deal with Big Cat Rescue (you may recall if you watched Tiger King on Netflix), to provide live tigers for the student athletes to ride from the bus to the stadium. I know what you're thinking.....how are some of these 300+ lb linemen going to ride a tiger???
Engineers at Clemson have been working the past 8 months to develop tiger chariots. They are supposedly going to use a team of 4 tigers to pull the chariots and heavier players to the field.
To keep everyone safe (b/c there is some risk in having so many live tigers in public spaces) the riders will have special golden rods to hold a dead chicken in front of the tiger for steering and apatite control. So no worries there.
Man, this is going to be THE THING in College Football in 2023. I can't wait to witness it in person!

Years ago when we lived in South Florida, we went to a Panthers hockey game and someone thought it would be a good idea to have a real panther on a leash on the ice during the national anthem. Everything went well until they shot flares or fireworks as we sang “the rockets’ red glare”. That cat went crazy - flipping and flopping on the end of the leash and pulled the poor young lady holding the leash so hard she slipped and fell in the ice and had to be helped to keep hold of the leash. He didn’t get loose but it sure looked like he might. I don’t think they ever put the live panther out there again…
