Not sure why clock continued to run after FSU delay of game

Those lost 30 seconds became important because it contributed to the rush on the series right before the half. With 30 more seconds and a time out we would have had a very good chance of getting 7 vice 3. It's unsettling how the officials can blow something like that and no one seemed to catch it....except all of us screaming at our TVs.
