MIKE TYSON vs JAKE PAUL BOXING MATCH (OPINION)

Now, I know I'm not a fan favorite here in the Lounge because I don't share B(.)(.)B pics of ex's etc. However, I didn't want to post this opinion about the upcoming match on the Football board like everyone else does. I try to keep appropriate material for each respective board. That being said, I wanted to share my opinion on the Tyson vs Paul boxing match with respects to why I want to see the match and why I feel like it shouldn't even happen.
WHY I SUPPORT THE MATCH
I support the match for one reason and one reason only. I want to see Jake Paul get knocked out cold so badly. In fact, I want him to be knocked out for at least two days from an uppercut or an infamous Dynamite Punch from Mike Tyson. Hopefully, Jake Paul will quit boxing senior citizens in the ring and move on to doing something else after the fact. Jake Paul is a boxing fraud and shouldn't be allowed back in the ring after this bout. I mean, what's next, Jake Paul vs Former President Jimmy Carter? I say this is getting out of hand and the one reason why I am glad that it's Mike Tyson is because I believe Mike Tyson will hurt Jake bad enough to keep him away from the sport altogether.
WHY THIS MATCH SHOULD NOT HAPPEN AT ALL
Besides the obvious age difference, there are risk associated with such a match-up. While Jake Paul doesn't have the skill or the mindset that Mike Tyson possesses, he is fairly strong and has enough speed to do some damage. Sure, Mike Tyson still has more power, speed, reaction time, and overall boxing skill than Jake Paul, but as people age their punch resistance reduces exponentially with each passing year. While throwing punches with accuracy counts for a lot in a boxing match, so does the ability to receive and absorb a punch. I'm not worried so much about the cardio aspect of it as much as I am the brain damage aspect of it. Most senior citizens die from a fall at home because they hit their head. Mike Tyson has already taken a great deal of punches in his life and powerful punches at his age would more than likely leave permanent damage. I for one do not believe that the boxing commission should allow this bout to materialize at all. The media certainly isn't helping matters at all by showing footage of Tyson training and saying things to the effect of, "he still has it". NO, HE DOES NOT STILL HAVE IT. Quite frankly, if this fight goes horribly wrong for whatever reason we may all witness a man die in the ring over a fight that was nonsense to begin with.
That being said, I don't believe anyone is going to stop this from happening because of the money it will generate. Therefore, I hope Mike Tyson destroys this clown so badly that he has a panic attack every time someone mentions the word, "boxing" or if he even so much as looks at a pair of boxing gloves.
Just my take on it for what it's worth. Does anyone else share a different opinion? I mean, am I merely overreacting about this whole thing, or does it simply not make sense to put a 60-year-old man in the ring with a 30-year-old?

No, Don Croff was the founder of TRI-WINDS and actually owned two wind farms in California. He linked up with Chris Finnegan against his better judgment. Chris Finnegan, who was some intermediary, brought in some a$$hole named Alex Veronos who allegedly had a crowd funding platform called Crowdfund X. While Crowdfund X was an existing crowdfunding platform, it wasn't very successful, unbeknownst to me. I knew Don Croff fairly well and he was no scammer. He was a blue-collar man with white collar money because he was an engineer and started his wind farm business from scratch. He did have some investors that helped him along the way, but they were long bought out before I arrived on the scene. He died from multi-system organ failure in 2021 but was a decent man. Alex on the other hand was a pig and that's putting it nicely. Luckily he died of a heart attack in October of 2022 because he owed me $3,500.
By the way, I completely understand your sentiments as far as the entire debacle is concerned, but to be honest it was a professional embarrassment to me and I quickly learned from it. I was barely out of the Marine Corps looking for opportunities, and it was a valuable lesson for me for sure. I'm not a dishonest man at all though and neither was Don. Chris isn't a dishonest guy either, but a moron for sure. I hope this gives you a better understanding of what happened.

See the flyer in my post for more information on the event. We may have already overextended ourselves with the free fairy hair booth and baby kangaroo exhibit as it is.
And I said this from the beginning to the rest of my team…people don’t know what it takes to bring a baby kangaroo to an event like this. It’s an under appreciated asset. These things don’t live in the Francis Marion forest. You have to charter a jet to Australia, sneak up on an unsuspecting roo during the day, put your hands into that disgusting slimy pouch, basically yeet the joey into a burlap sack and then haul ### back to the plane. Then spend the whole flight listening to the annoying noises it makes while wondering if it’s going to finally kick its way out of the bag before you land.
So no, we can’t afford the $2 off a pint.

Yes, my title is in all caps. However, I sometimes enjoy coming to the lunge and getting destroyed because self-deprecating humor is my favorite humor. I won, and the police charged me with domestic violence as a single man. Didn't make sense. Anyway, the State ended up charging me with Breach of Peace High and Aggravated and I was found NOT guilty.

I've been single and celibate since 2014. Not sure why they charged me with that. That charge was Nolle Prossed and they changed it to Breach of Peace High and Aggravated which was defeated by way of a jury trial. The reason I feel like I was charged is because the man who assaulted me from behind like a coward was a member of the lodge with several of the officers.

From what I understand, the chicken I was smoking ended up being recruited from the portal by Shane Beamer to play as a place kicker for the team. What a shame, this entire time I thought he was all in, but as we later found out, he is not.
