Computer/April Fools poll

Do you lock your computer (at work) when you leave your desk?
I have been wanting to install the nCage extension on someone's Chrome but everyone here locks their computer when they leave their desk. Mine locks automatically after 2 minutes so I don't bother hitting Windows+L when I leave. Am I careless or are they all overly cautious?

And Win+E opens explorer, but if their comupter is locked...

...you can still Left-SHIFT + Left-ALT + PrtScrn and switch them into ever-annoying high contrast mode.

Mine doesn't have a way to lock it
Apr 1, 2014, 9:46 AM
|
|
there's no...like...hole where I can run a chain or a lock through it. Also I have no good anchor to lock it to.
Good idea though. I may consider drilling a hole through my desk and the sub floor in my home, then several feet deep and secure a post in there with concrete. Then I'll have something to lock it to.

if I find an unlocked computer

I normally change the wallpaper to something ghey or a GA bulldog graphic, same thing.
People are overly cautious because of me.

I also like: Take screen shot of desktop, set it as desktop
Apr 1, 2014, 9:51 AM
|
|
background, then hide all desktop icons. User clicks desk icons that are part of screenshot and becomes frustrated.
Hilarity ensues.
Also, change icons so the email icon launches excel etc.

There's also a fake virus that pretends to wipe the hard drive and then shuts the PC down.
