I get about as much enjoyment from watching the coots baseball team crash and burn over the past couple of weeks as I do watching ours dominate. Their downfall this season has been hilarious to watch from afar. Implosion and fan capitulation inbound. This 180 in terms of play is something Clemson fans are familiar with in recent years. I wonder what the common denominator is.

I hate South Carolina as much as I love ❤️ Clemson! It is absolutely embarrassing that Clemson lost all 3 major sports to them since November. Football, Basketball, and Baseball.

I’m trying real hard not to get my hopes too high, but this season truly has a a sense of destiny to it. We righted some wrongs in kicking that coot to the curb. Then we made good with Jack. Now we’re playing our best ball in a decade as the coots collapse. We need the opportunity to send them home in the postseason. If that happens we can shut the door on all the bad juju that has haunted this team from 2010 on.

Exactly, Qualk was talking about on the radio this week how the 'mystique' of Clemson baseball kinda died in 2011 when we got waxed by UConn at the regional at DKS. We have been fighting to get it back ever since. This team looks like they have the potential to bring that standard of Clemson baseball back and it is extremely exciting to watch.
