Last night, worst loss in history of Clemson football ?

I say definitely yes! On road in VERY hostile environment, playing the #1 team in the nation, playing a True Freshman at QB, we basically pushed them around until it came to scoring points... Unfortunately the last part is most important, but these Tigers have not learned to FINISH!!
This is also first year of playoff and what small chance we had of getting there is now gone. I will never, ever get this loss out of my mind. Hope team can recover and get better and learn from our numerous mistakes, game changing and ultimately costing us a W.

They were playing a 3rd Stringer at QB and still beat us. Remember the 2nd Stringer Transferred. Even a win would have had a *

It's almost as if a team that won the national title last year has talent elsewhere that would still make it a good win.

I could not sleep last night after the game... Can't imagine the players, hard fought game which we honestly made much more difficult than it needed to be. 7 red zone trips, 7!!! And we score 17.
FSU is a great team but we had them reeling on a continual basis, yet they find a way to WIN or rather we found several ways to Lose!

Tricket and Coker transferred out. He would have been 4th string.

Don't know how old ya are... but go check the 2004 GT game. Add in last night and you have the two worst player brain fart games in Clemson history.
Hope that's all out of their system.
GO TIGERS!!!

think of anything but last night. I invest far too much energy watching the Tigers but dad gum it I love em which is why my frustration runneth over!
All loses sting but to lose the way we did, totally deflating and possibly one of the worst in history of college football. And no, I am not reaching with that statement. We beat ourselves, FSU had little to do with it!!

and the way we squandered countless opportunities and gave the game away, that was indeed the worst loss I have ever seen. This season is tarnished.

That one hurt pretty bad, but I'll take that over getting demolished 51-17 at home. At least we showed up and played hard. Just too many mistakes. Our offense is young and we have little depth at OL. They'll get better and before long they won't be making mistakes any more. Focus on the next game and beating Sakerlina this year. We need to get that monkey off our backs. The only real negative I took away last night was our FG kicking. That's a real concern.
