PCP is what he was using more than likely. I've smoked a long time, and never once had the urge to break a hotel window, climb out of that window, climb over a ledge and then try to jump down...

Now angel dust on the other hand...

Those boys apparently have some solid connections to get whatever they want, allegedly his brother was strung out on that crappy black tar heroin that tends to show up around college campuses.

Too bad his momma couldn't get him some better grade stuff, he may not have ended up in the ICU.
