FSU shouldn't want...

any part of Bama. Everyone can hate on Bama all they want, but Saban brings his guys ready to play EVERY week. Jimbo and his boys won't beat Saban if he has a month to prepare. Looking back at their season, who has FSU really played (UM is losing to VT and we laid a turd that night).
Not at all a SEC fan, but they are ACCURATELY #1 for a reason.

Outside of BC win by 14. I think fsu beats them but will admit Saban with a month to prepare is tough.

I think it'll EASILY be the best opponent any SEC team will have played since the streak began, including the LSU team that lost.
That LSU team's defense was better, but this FSU team is far, far better on offense.

I'd really like to see FSU-Baylor. My money is on Baylor as the best team on both sides.

Baylor is not elite. They would get assaulted by Bama or FSU, and throw in both Stanford and Oregon for good measure too.

Their offense seems legit but overall I'm not that impressed, sorry. I think FSU would be very competitive vs Bama at a minimum.

Bama cant cover LSU recievers nor can they get to the QB. I could see Winston having a field day

a fallacy... Would b a great game and one in which I would not mind seeing. Such a real bummer knowing how we completely whiffed in our biggest game this year, but FSU is the real deal.
Go Tigers!

You are impressed with what Bama has shown?

LSU looks better and neither are looking like they could beat FSU.
Now, you make a good point about Saban and a month to prepare. But even then FSU is just a much better looking team so I doubt it would matter much.

Bama is deserving if #1 and Saban is unquestionably the best coach in the nation....
But I feel comfortable in saying FSU is a more talented team. Their front lines are devastatingly good. I don't know if they'll win or not if they play, but I think FSU will be more than comfortable playing Alabama.

FSU is similar to Texas A&M on offense but w/a great defense

Bama gave up 40+ points to Texas A&M and Saban is scared of spread type offenses. FSU would win by 10+

Very true. The messed up thing is at this point I don't see a weakness for FSU. They are all A's across the board. It's one of the most talented and balanced teams I've seen since 2001 Miami, who was arguably the most talented team in history.

The only advantage Bama would have as I see it

Is the ability to run on FSU's base defense. If FSU adjusts to stop the run can McCarron make FSU pay when cooper will likely be covered by FSU's stud corners.

I agree with this...I think FSU's linebackers could do a great job to stop the Bama run game too. Their defense is just so overwhelmingly talented at every position.

Maybe BAMA is a fraud.
