I had a dream last night that Graham Neff was going to hire...

A really good up and coming basketball coach and that would be Travis Steele from Xavier. Couldn't figure out of it was after this season or next, but it would be pretty soon. Steele is an excellent young coach and recruiter. His teams play very hard. Watched his team in November who had a few starters out with injuries and his team didn't skip a beat. Let's hope it comes true...

There are definitely good reasons to believe the future is bright for the program under Sedler Family Men’s Head Basketball

Xavier has an amazing bball history, much more successful and deeper bball roots and commitment then us…. Not sure why he would come here.

A lot of Xavier coaches leave their for power 5 jobs. Lot of successful coaches started there A little detail on dream was Neff wanted to hire someone young and energetic. When Steele was mentioned as a candidate people didn't think we had a chance, but Neff made a big impression as Steele as his first big hire.

It’s like when someone mentioned the Cincinnati coach leaving for us a few weeks back, he might leave for a P5 job but it will be a big one, not us… a UCLA, Indiana, UNC, etc….

Hope Mr. Neff can get us out of the basketball nightmare we have been in for years in Tigertown.
Tiger basketball has been wondering in the desert for a long time!!!!

Graham has worked closely with Brad and the basketball program for years. They have a great relationship. Here’s to Graham giving the basketball program what it needs to be successful.

Xavier won at Butler last night...

87-72 despite not playing in 17 days from COVID cancelled games. Played really hard and beat a decent Butler team. This is the type of coach we need who has guys bring it every night....

I doubt GNeff makes a change in the basketball program after this season. We have a coach in CBB who has the most wins in school history but sadly the most LOSSES. Years of mediocrity have quelled excitement for basketball.
I've wanted a coaching change for years and think if significant improvement is not seen after the 22-23 season I think he will have no choice but to change leadership.
