a real pleasure to watch. EVERYBODY looked really good ! Man, I thought I was watching Duke or something and had to make sure the sound was up and on the right channel. I have a really good TV package and those ESPN+ channels show up as “regular” channels. I hate that streaming junk. I bet if you add up all the costs of streaming … you’re not saving any money. Sorry, I digress ……

You lost me. Duke is streaming on ESPN+ and you had to turn the sound up.....???

Yeah, Streaming is costing people more. That’s why it’s overtaking traditional cable and satellite TV. People love paying more. Traditional cable is dying a slow death. That’s why they all offer streaming packages and have gone into cellular telephone business.

Don't understand why. Cable offers so much more. If I understand it, streaming limits you to what you can watch. Am I wrong ?

The advantage of streaming is that you really have the freedom to only pay for the content that you want, and you can change this on a monthy basis. You can sub to sports packages for 5 months during CFB season and then drop it for the other 7 months. You can sub to HBO Max for a month to watch a couple of shows and then drop it.

The downside is that you can easily end up with a half dozen different streaming services and it becomes a headache to manage.

Thank you tigerteez. I have the same problem. Thought maybe it was because I'm pushing 76. Lol.

I actually like cable and then with my Amazon prime is more TV than I could watch. Well, I do have to pay for espn+ on my phone. I can't miss all the other Clemson sports... even moreso now that we go to the left coast, because I get up in the morning and watch last night's game on demand.

My remote mic whilst pressing a button. Game immediately pops. Super EZ. EZ is good. None of that hunt and peck and curse words. It’s worth the 1 something a month to me.
