you think the Falcons were expecting years of 4, 5,5 and 8 sacks? Did you mist where I said for the most part? Clowney had one good year too, is he not a bust?

I don't really think Clowney has been a bust tho btw. He was injured early on but I would start him at DE in a heartbeat if I had a team.

While I wouldn’t quite list Sammy as a bust, I’m not sure he’s lived up to his draft position. He was a #4 draft pick, in 6 seasons has only had one 1000 yard season, and never made a pro bowl. He’s had an OK career, but relative to his draft position he’s borderline bust. He’s on a team with an incredible offense, so hopefully he shows out this year.

You realize we have arguably a top 5 QB and WR. Sammy had a huge game in the Super Bowl last year. We have plenty of solid players. Not sure who was a star at Clemson that has went to the NFL and disappointed recently. Deon Cain comes to mind but that about it.

That Dwight Clark guy never did much, neither did Jeff Bostic, Levon Kirkland, Michael Dean Perry, Jeff Bryant, Jerry Butler or Trevor Price. Those are a few names I remember from back in the day who had very good NFL careers.
