Anyone ever heard of NIL?
Did it bite our Tigers in the butt Saturday?
Looking at the post game interviews: only one player, three piece suit, a lot of jewelry, a fedora. Yes they took some credit for the loss, but the prep may have been too long on contracts review.
BUT let's remember, there was NO offensive touchdown on either side of the ball. Cudos
to a defense that helped BV earn his 2.5M.

I agree. The fedora, 3 piece suit, etc., if this continues, it will divide our team. Dabo needs to rein this in. He is dressing like the pros do and the players that don't receive the money will get a well deserved peed off attitude. Look at his presser, he was more concerned about how he looked.

This had to happen I guess, but it’s really going to change things. 18-22 year old millionaires are going to be very hard to coach. Think Johnny Football… And what happens when he throws the party for his underage teammates?
The real solution to the issue would be to not allow the schools to use the players NIL, but since it’s all about money…
Team sports are going to be less fun due to brand building starting at age 13…
Can Dabo be real when HE says it’s not all about the money?
Can Tony quit counting his money and call a game?
But for sure, can you ever imagine a top recruit pulling out a Wake Forest hat on signing day? Yes, I’ll get $22,300 over my career and that’s fine with me! Forget Clemson…
So it helps Clemson, but isn’t good for the game.
