The wife and I recently were guests of a fine gentleman and his wife. He is CU class of '54. He said that there were only about a dozen cars when he was there. He told lots of great stories about his time there. Said he graduated in August and they let the first woman in September. Sounds like my kind of luck.

That is the original bowl of Memorial Stadium (20,500 seats), constructed in 1942, as the top row exits onto grade (i.e., no portals).

It is pre-Johnstone Hall (c. 1954) as others have said. The upper sections of the original stadium (which grew the stadium seating above grade, and thus added the portals to the concessions) were constructed in 1958.

So, it's likely to be a 1940's aerial; early 1950's at the latest.
