Need your help in identifying Judge K

I hired an FBI profiler to assess whether or not JK and CBB are in deed the same person. After a careful analysis of JK's written communication and CBB's verbal commentary, the profiler determined there is only a 37% chance of an identical match.

Male
Age: mid 40's
Profession: Accountant or Engineer
Married with two children
