SMU has raised more than $100 million in seven days to help its transition to the ACC next year, the school announced Monday.

On Sept. 1, SMU accepted an invitation to join the ACC alongside Stanford and Cal, beginning next season. As part of that agreement, sources familiar with the arrangement said SMU will forgo nine years of ACC television money, around $24 million per year.

SMU boosters told The Athletic they plan to give more than $200 million to offset the absent TV money.

This $100 million was raised by a small group of 30 donors, according to the school.

My wife went to the ladies clinic this summer and they got tours of the locker room, facilities, everywhere and she said DW has been essentially scrubbed from Clemson

I'm conflicted on this. He clearly screwed up but I don't think he is actually a sexual predator. He's also our greatest QB and never got in trouble while here.

doing things with Dabo and team. Went to the Clemson baseball game wearing a Clemson jersey - which is notable because most of our former players that show up at Clemson games wear distinctly non-Clemson gear for some reason.

The pic in the article shows President's wife Beth right behind him. Heck, I even know the guy sitting by him taking a photo. That's Jon Boyd, father of Patrick Boyd (former baseball player).

He's not ostracized at all.
