So everyone who is anti-Bama (most the people here) say how overrated Bama is and that Notre Dame is going to win, but now that ND is losing they shouldn't be there? They were 12-0. They earned their shot. I'm as anti-SEC as the next guy, but they earned the right to be here. I don't care if they get shut out, they deserve to be there more than Oregon.

if this was clemson in the role of nd undefeated and getting crushed right now.the same people saying nd doesnt belong would be crying foul if someone said it about clemson.fact is they won every game they deserved to be there.

be there. I said they shouldn't be there before the game. And now that the game has started, what do you know, they look like they don't belong there.
Media bias left Florida ranked ahead of Bama. No way ND should have been top 5. Should have been Bama-Oregon.

It absolutely should not have been. Notre Dame went 12-0 man, beat two top 10 teams on the road and a top 6 team at home. There is no third-option here. This is the deserving matchup, no doubt about it.

Honestly, I don't think many would be. I think you could argue that Nick Saban may be the #2 or 3 overall football mind in the world right now behind Bill Belichick and maybe Tom Coughlin. You can't give them such an extended period of time to prepare for you. They always talk about how great the Patriots are after a bye week...well imagine giving a mind like that 4 weeks to prepare???
Bama is bigger, stronger, faster, and smarter than everyone else. It's just how it is.
