* SC is the only top 10 team that lost two games to teams not in the final poll one of which did not even have a winning record(TENN).

If we keep winning the games we should and keep our sights set on Championships we will overcome the SC debacle. Steve is focused on us not titles. He is not recruiting well and us having some leaders on our team that are not stressed by the 5 year streak will see this thing through.

Go Tigers!

So you think Mizz and Oregon both jump SC after the bowls even though SC won the biggest non-bcs bowl by double digits over a top 20 opponent and had victories over 6 teams that won bowls, including 2 BCS champions?
Oregon beat a lousy Texas team and Mizz beat a similar ranked team as SC did.
Also, you left out Oklahoma which will likely be #5.

Think you forgot OKLA.

Steve is recruiting fine

Jan 6, 2014, 6:08 PM

Just wait and see how the class ends up. And where is Oklahoma? I feel your list is off a little. You also say that USC is only one in top 10 to lose to two teams not in the final 25 but they are also the only one who's currently beaten 3 top 10 teams this year.

Re: Steve is recruiting fine

You can say it like that all you want, but its all on what you say first. If you say SC is the only team to beat 3 top 10 teams first, well that will be nullified by saying they lost to 2 teams not even ranked. They will be between 6-8 regardless.

Miami?? LOL terrible list***

We should be ranked higher than SCar.

Jan 6, 2014, 6:11 PM

We went to a BCS bowl and they didn't we are clearly better than they are.

This should be settled on the field.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

no Ole Miss? sec folks ain't gonna like that

Jan 6, 2014, 6:11 PM

And according to them, Miss St, UT, Fla, and UK should be ranked as per sec default. Expect to hear from Finebaum.

And winning the Crapital One bowl automatically makes you a champion.

top 25 (2014)

#21

Re: Where would yall place Clemson in the preseason..

Jan 6, 2014, 6:51 PM

I think they'll be somewhere around 15th. Maybe a couple spots lower. We fans know there are players capable of stepping up next season, but there's still some uncertainty there. That's okay with me though because we can thrive with that underdog role!

Where is OK? If OSU is Ohio State, they drop out of

Jan 6, 2014, 6:54 PM

Top 10. OR Ducks don't make it to #5, either SC or OK land at 5.
