Ship was the back? You need a tough yard and a half, #1 hasn't gotten it done all night, #7 is punishing guys, where is he?
Also - they knew where the play was going and had stopped it all night, CK knew that too. Our coaching is not good.

There is absolutely no creativity on offense. No pre snap movement. No eye candy. No creative plays. None.

The shotgun formation when you need a yard is just a mess. All teams should have a short yardage package under center. I just don't understand this. The OL was getting destroyed all night. QB dive or at least #7..surely could have a got over the line with two downs.

Weirdly enough I’m not upset with Cade for trying. We would be so PO’ed if we ran it up the middle and it got stuffed like it had all night. Cade was trying to make something happen and that’s more than I can say for our coaches

Miami's run game looked punishing.

Clemson's run game looked as decent but not scary as ever.
I figure Klubnik was just trying to make somethimg good happen but that #11 LB was just a snarling dog all night.
Miami just flat whooped Clemson. With their #2 QB no less.
So, yeah, seems Clemson's back to being that team.
Oh well. The sun still rose and it's a fine morning to be alive in GVL!
