They couldn't buy a foul inside! Everytime we attacked down low or drove we got hacked and no call! Figures SEc refs!

Yeah, we never really lose at anything...just get beat by the refs or ourselves. Don't know why we just don't form a one team league and play ourselves every game so that when we lose we still win.

Our shooting was pitiful but USUC defense deserves some credit.
2nd half total embarrassment obviously.

Game was played by 2 pretty below average teams. They lost to Akron and are 6-3. Both teams should just hope for a few upsets to have a decent season

Nnoko has been a major disappointment to date this year. Hall's turnovers and lack of scoring in games leaves us with little chance to win.

.....It is very sad to see where we are basketball wise at this place and time...Brownell has been around for a few years and what we saw last night was pitiful considering this is all he has to show for his time here. His players, his coaching staff, his responsibility. The second half was a joke and a mismatch, and USuC is not even a great team. What are we going to have next year? I looked at the size of the USuC players and the look so much more physical than ours---they looked more disciplined than us...we looked like that we have never even practiced together. I if this is any indication of what we have to look forward to, they need to forget the upgrading of Littlejohn, they will never attract the fans or the players we need to compete in this conference, much less Division I

Yes you are missing a few things...
We have lost our leading scorer every year since BB has been coach
We have had transfers galore which depletes team chemistry and depth.
Clemson fans and community lukewarmly support basketball even when the team is tough and good.
Clemson fans use football expectations for the basketball program.
This team has no leadership nor a go to scorer with KJ gone
Who is the offense for Clemson?
... It will become Grantham, Gabe, Austin, rooks and roper with Jaron... But it is not there yet.
This team will not rely and cannot rely on rod, demarcus and Landry to lead this team offensively.
It does not look like those 3 are taking full leadership roles for the team from a defensive and Heart mindset as well.
So what were/are your expectations for basketball at Clemson ...
A school that has produces one occasional NBA draft pick once every 3 to 5 years?
Rarely in last 15 years has had a recruiting class ranked in top 20?
Take that same mindset and results and apply it to football. It is would be less than before the Bowden years. And it would require the time and years to build something.
Clemson fans need to support and shut up... If they keep think Clemson basketball should be as good as Clemson football.
And they need to ask... Can a school have two Dabos? That is what basketball needs a Dabo like motivational and inspirational resurgence. I do not know if Coach BB is that guy. I do think he is not Bowden-esque.
But can a school have two Dabos at one time?
