My experience in Raleigh two years ago when I was living

there unfortunately goes like this.... I got to the game and was just to the right of the Clemson fans. The people around me the entire time kept cheering in my face and bumping into me on purpose trying to start a fight....
...Half time I went to go use the rest room and people just started swearing telling my wife at the time and I to go F ourselves and to get the F out of their stadium.....
...Then I went to take a photo of our fans and this B i t c h walks by and flips me off...
..Few months later I decided to move out of the state and divorce the crazy wife....left her butt in Raleigh.....she fits that scene perfectly...

worst away game experience ever. I have had fun in Tallahassee, Atlanta and even Columbia. But Raleigh was a boring trip and the fans were classless. Never desired to go back.

There was one Dawg fan that walked down the steps in my section and congratulated every single Clemson fan on the way out. Shook hands and took the time to speak to many of them. I can assure you, that no State fan will ever have that amount of class.

Since I've been a student I've been to games at FSU, at SCAR, at Wake, and at NCST, among a couple others. My experience in Raleigh was by far the worst in terms of how the fans treated myself and those who attended the game with me. That's saying something considering I went to Columbia two years ago too.

I have been to every NCSU game here in Raleigh since the Woody Dantzler domination. I have not had your experiences fortunately. They are loyal fans who always believe they are so close to breaking through. Their legacy seems to be having good teams overlook them and pulling the big upset then losing to a truly awful team.
They beat us soundly in 2011 and one fan talked junk as we left but no one else. Most forget State was on the verge of being ineligible for a bowl that year without a win in last 2 games. They had a miracle comeback vs. the Terps after our game.

...they had up here a few years ago at Carter-Finley Stadium. It really showed how out of control the crowd gets. When the State Fair starts and the Pack is playing at home, you begin to see true human genetics at work.
The craziest part is that the Pack has NEVER been a football school, yet they have this strange sense of entitlement among the elite of college football demonstrated through the most crass behavior I've ever seen.
