Well all of the leftover chili is gone, so this problem should be put to rest.

"Make less chili" will be the lesson that I take away from this, because it seems like I'm damnear the only one in the house that eats leftovers.

One big pot makes 3-4 meals at the Greenr house so you can spread the mud butt out over a few months.

Nah, it's better if you leave it out on the counter. Refrigerating it kills the mojo.

Just lay a newspaper or magazine over it so bugs and rats don't get into it.
