Dabo is the CEO

Good or bad Dabo messes around in the offense. That has proven to be "very good" for us.
I believe he has not done that as much in the Defense.

Dabo knows the defense better than anyone except Coach V.
Dabo has high IQ and more experience than most if not all who post on tnet or the experts on ESPN.

It is amazing to me how many believe Coach Dabo has no clue as to what is going on in football especially as to Clemson. He is an expert.

you're absolutely right,but unfortunately the football program has been eclipsed.we are now a soccer school.best news,although it's nothing new.it's really got to suck to be a dirtpecker.

IME most CEOs aren't experts in the work. They are experts in evaluating people and finding people who are experts to do what they need done. This is why I think Dabo is so great. If strategies dont work he will find THE GUY to come and get it done. Dabo has the personality to be successful anywhere in any business because he knows how important the people under him are. IMO this is why people love working with him.

that initially got a full ride because of his academic prowess, not his talents on the field. Swinney was twice named an Academic All-SEC and SEC Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll member.

He is also a great communicator and possesses superior leadership skills. At 38, he convinced the powers that be to invest heavily in the program, something that had been lacking for a couple of decades, and the results were immediate in recruiting. I do not expect that to stop, but we have some unique challenges ahead of us, and I am confident that he is the right man to address them.
