from Covington, GA announces his transfer in the middle of the ACC tourney from his "home" in Texas? What am I missing here?

(PS I am assuming he's on the active roster but haven't seen him much at all this year. Looks like he had only 4 appearances per stats. Just curious.)

I believe he’s orignally from Weatherford, Texas... could be wrong but that’s what I remember hearing and plus that’s in his Twitter bio

His oarents sold their horse farm in covginton and bought another one out to Texas. He has an older brother there already. Super talented kid and i'm sure he will do fine.
