ultimately wouldn't be any rules. However, there are a few things that would get you killed quickly.
Being a "one-upper"- #### those people, that nonsense needs to end.
Driving in the left lane
Anything involving "selfies"
Texting someone who you can physically see
My first act of ruler would be to cut the power off completely for 6 months. I feel by doing that we would purge most of the undesirables. This is just a quick glimpse, I should really work on a more comprehensive list.
Oh, and if you live off of/with your parents past the age of 26, society doesn't have much use for you. GTFO and start being independent for christ sake.

Guidelines for living in Lakebum’s modern society:
First and foremost, the strongest always win. Bullying is not only tolerated, it is encouraged. Weak people can either suck it up, or not.
Mind your own business. Curiosity killed the cat, and it will get you killed too.
Minimum speed limit of 75 mph on all major high ways. Left lane driving will not be tolerated at all. No, that coexist sticker will not save you.
Using a smartphone for more than 10 minutes consecutively most likely will result in death.
Lawyers not welcome.
People who don’t like dogs not welcome
People who like little, yappie dogs not welcome
Anyone previously identified as a politician not welcome
Anyone who proposes taxes not welcome
No age requirement to drive, but proficiency must be demonstrated publically. The demonstration will include showing ability to drift around corners using the e-brake, maintaining constant speed, and doing a wicked burnout.
Self sufficiency must be achieved by age 25.
While owning both a rifle and a pistol and maintaining stock of appropriate ammo is not required, it’s definitely in your best interests.
