You can buy the same tickets on secondary sites for under $80. I could buy lower sideline tickets for the same price I paid through IPTAY for upper endzone tickets. It's frustrating, but not entirely IPTAY's fault.
It's bs that the Orange Bowl doesn't give the schools better tickets. The schools should get all sideline upper and lower and if they need more give them lower corners and endzone. Then let the general public pay for the upper endzone and corner tickets.
I just hope everyone was so mad about the Orange Bowl that no one requested tickets to the National Championship. I may be wrong, but I don't see those tickets dropping under face value until gametime or just before.

other bowls in the past. You want Clemson to have to eat thousands of tickets to the NCG because you feel jipped on OB tix? You're a true fan...smdh.
Support Clemson or don't...it's your choice.

Meaning the tickets I had a privileged to buy through ITPAY with my points for $175 each are only worth $60 on the market right now.

This was your gamble, not their fault that the demand is low.

There is a private sale to Dolphins seat holders and people that can renew their Orange Bowl tickets prior to the actual universities getting an allotment. Those folks are selling them pretty close to what they bought them for.

At the mercy of the tickets given to them by the bowl. I have always thought it is a joke what tickets are given to the schools. Each schools fans/donors should be able to get the best seats. Unfortunately it's all about money and the bowls would rather sell out to corporate interest offering them the best seats.
It's really a shame because I want to support the school and IPTAY so they don't have to foot the bill for tickets they don't sell, however it is tough when you can find much better seats in the second market at equal or lesser value.
I bought mine through Iptay for this game just because I knew the demand would be high, but it's looking like now I would have been better off not doing so.

Iptay isn't about the bargain you get but the privilege of being a donor to the nations largest scholarship program. Consider it your contribution toward what this team has been able to achieve and what the future teams will achieve as well.

A few weeks ago you felt pretty smart when the tix were going for big $$$. Don't blame IPTAY for the face value of tix and the secondary market value. Of course, the fact that many UO fans are skipping this one (since it's obvious that they will be in AZ. LOL) hasn't helped sell the extra seats.
It's like the people that get season tix and then complain that they could have gotten tix to Wofford for $10 from a scalper...smh.

about ticket gouging from TNet!
jk
I don't understand why people get so pissy about ticket prices...you don't have to buy them. Twice this year I paid less than face value for Tiger tickets. Plus its the Orange Bowl with a chance to go to the National Championship. If I had an extra $175 laying around plus money for an airline ticket and hotel I would gladly spend it for the chance to be apart of the process with my Tiger brothers and sisters.
