Medical Update in the Adidas household

Son has covid. He's fine.
Rest of family tested negative...
Boy isolated from daughter (to prevent covid and McLovin type stuff), mama and daddy back to work.
I sat on the toilet too long and got what I believe was a hem'roid. Felt like a piece of #57 stone in my hole. Sat in a bath tub full of warm water for 20 minutes and feel better now.
I started bleaching my teeth in preparation for getting veneers.
A chicken got into the dog pen and succumbed to injuries related to dog attack.

Did not work. Only impacted the tissue compounded the issue.
Tried to push it back in by running the Bidet on #3, which is as high as mine goes. I have about 100-120psi pressure (well water), so I gave her all she had. Horrible idea. I feel like I may have done nerve damage.
Wife suggested soaking in a hot bath, and sure nuff, it healed me.

so hoping that means we didn't catch it. Could also be scientific proof of the effectiveness of mrna vaccines. We all got Moderna and boosted, daughter had J&J last spring so is no longer considered vaccinated.

Fully vaxxed kid on my boy's basketball team tested positive on Sunday. 4 other kids on the team tested positive on Tuesday. Could be scientific proof of the ineffectiveness of mrna vaccines.
Wife is vaxxed and boosted, I'm vaxxed/no booster. Daughter is unvaxxed. We're all good so far, but I have succumbed to peeing water out of my rear this morning and have a general "something ain't right" feeling. I'm sure I'll test positive in a day or two.
Your daughter got J&J? I didn't think they gave J&J to white people.

may be not in the test results but in the degree of symptoms. It's possible that we're all positive but asymptomatic due to the vaccine. I've not had Covid or Covid symptoms since I got the vaccine so as far as I'm concerned it's 100% effective. Everyone else can do their own math.

I do like being able to brag about not catching it to people at work, but being able to just take a week off of work and school, and then go back to normal would be nice. At this rate, we'll all end up being out for God knows how long.

I have no idea. My tooth story is as follows:
When I was 6, I busted out my top front 6 permanent teeth at McDonalds. They were replaced with some cheesy and not durable composite caps.
I've kicked the can down the road for decades, but now is the time. I'm going to get some porcelain veneers. These suckers are going to be as white as a toilet bowl  So in preparation for the veneers, they want to get my remaining teeth as white as possible, so everything matches. They gave me this high dollar prescription stremf stuff that was like $400. I couldn't even tell you what it's called.

I got a few dying teeth with metal rods in them, and considering the veneer route. Old childhood hockey injuries yielded root canals.
For short term bleaching, you can gargle with hydrogen peroxide. Just don't swallow.

I want to say $1-1.5K per tooth, so I'm looking at $6-9K, IIRC.
Dental insurance covers 50% up to $3500 payout, then I have FSA to cover $3000... I guess I'll #### the wife out for the balance, if there is any left.
