By Fox News, you, and anyone else who reads the AP article and comes away with that.
The first few sentences literally discuss how Dems are turning on Cuomo and how it casts a cloud on Biden's admin.
The GOP is seizing on it--as they #### well should--to try to deal a blow to the current Dem power.
They're playing politics just as the Dems do it. Neither side wants to admit their own creeps (Trump and Cuomo are the same).

My uncle reported for the AP in the 80's and early 90's. If reporters back then tried to sneak in personal viewpoints or opinions, their article would get yanked and they could lose their credentials. Now doing so is routine. During Trump's four years, they couldn't write a story about baking a cake without getting in a jab at Bad Orange Man.

The website has been described as an amateur effort to rate news media sources based on factual accuracy and political bias.
The Columbia Journalism Review describes Media Bias/Fact Check as an amateur attempt at categorizing media bias and Van Zandt as an "armchair media analyst." The Poynter Institute notes, "Media Bias/Fact Check is a widely cited source for news stories and even studies about misinformation, despite the fact that its method is in no way scientific." Alexandra Kitty, in a 2018 book on journalism, described MBFC as an apparent "amateur/civic outfit" and wrote that its founder's only qualification was a degree in communications.

Personally, I have noticed more editorializing in AP stories recently and I don't like it.
They also capitalize "black" now, but not "white".
