Mark it down...our next baseball coach with be Erik Bakich!

Neff's first choice is probably Link Jarrett, but I will be shocked if he doesn't wind up at FSU. Bakich only makes $400,000 at Michigan...he'll probably start out double that at Clemson. He's done a solid job at Michigan, but he hasn't won the B10 regular season while there. He's never finished worse than 5th, and was CWS runner-up in 2019,with five regional appearances in nine seasons at Michigan.

I just had my secretary mark it down for me.

I agree he’d probably be the easiest to get, however , he’d be my choice #3 or 4 if I was turned down by several others

He'd probably only be my 4th choice, with Jarrett being my 1st.

But FSU probably knows they are getting Jarrett...that's why they were so quick to fire Martin! And I think Godwin is really happy at ECU, with no desire to go elsewhere. And McDonnald would be a great choice, but Neff would really have to come up with the big bucks to have a chance at him.
