Mark Emmert to retire as head of the NCAA by 2023

How will we know when it happens; and why would they tell us anyway. Maytag didn’t make a big fuss when that sleeping repair guy retired; this is pretty much the same thing. Maybe it’s like the whole selection of a pope thing, and the smoke from the dumpster fires in Indy will turn white.
