That’s a mistake in my opinion. We will have trouble at all phases of Offense against their D. Best strategy is to go quick, be unpredictable, run at them, throw quick strikes, keep it balanced, be aggressive. But most importantly, again, be unpredictable!

My point is do we need to run the ball to win? If so, how much and how many.
Florida ran all over them and got spanked.

We will need to run and pass to beat them. I would guess we’d need at least 150 rushing, 250 passing.

I don’t against Texas but 4.5 ypc would have had us beat the Coots and would have turned the PITT and SMU games into blowouts instead of nail baiters!

That was a function of our Coaching Staff calling off the dogs once we got up. We get conservative, slow, and predictable on O and then soften up our coverage on D.
Really just gives the other team a chance to get back in. Stupid.

150 would be great. Not sure Mafia will give full effort being hurt, so someone else needs to pick up the slack. Dabo always says next man up, so put him in.
To win this game rush at least four and blitz w man coverage a lot. Brown has to play a lot!!!! Not rushing the qb will be a killer.
On offense, fast paced and spread he field. Westco and co need to be really active. Take the easy pass and move the chains.
