Been Thinkin' Connor Shaw more valuable to Coots than OBC

Feb 13, 2015, 8:17 AM

Shaw's value may not have been appreciated while Jadeveon Clowney & OBC got all the headlines. Seems like Coots were a different team with Shaw. Not so much with Clowney & OBC. Just sayin'.

I've always believed he was the reason for their winning

Shaw's determination made all the difference. He was a winner. I never thought Clowney was the difference maker. And, OBS didn't look too good with Garcia, did he? Point made.

Yep, He saved their a$$ more times than anybody else, jc didn't do nothing except hit defenseless players unblocked...

The offense was pretty good this past year.

At least when they went up against SEC defenses. I give all the credit to Ellis Johnson. He developed those defensive players Scar had and when his guys exited the pipeline their program slipped back into mediocrity.

Clemson doesn't care about basketball....as evidenced by Brown-L getting 14 years.

That offense didn't look to good against an ACC defense in November 14! I told everyone that Shaw would be missed more then any player they lost, including Clowney! I hate the gamecocks but Shaw was a football player with a lot of heart he would get out there in a wheelchair kinda like the QB we have now just not as talented!

Losing Shaw began the downfall for sure.

And did I see that the best QB in their recruiting class also plays DT?!!!!
