About another 2500 - 3000 more seats. If the girls keep up this pace if will definitely need to be upgraded.

Watching the FSU and MSU game right now and I really like the multi level pavilion FSU has on the right side at their stadium. With an Exterior entrance something like that could be rented out and used for football tailgating events too.
