For all the complaints here about lack of people on The Hill I did notice the upper deck corners were pretty well filled

The hill issue started under Dan Rad.

Supposedly during that time The had the fire Marshall and they changed how we let people on the hill and limiting the numbers. I remember as a kid being packed in super tight but it was great during the game lol.

It was a smaller crowd. Above the hill, I kept seeing some guy standing above the scoreboard.
