"There is no immunity that is in The Constitution unless this court creates it

today." Michael Dreeben.
Does this Court choose to create law out of thin air, while laying waste to the concepts that no man is above the law or that there is equal protection under the law?

Maybe Michael Dreeben needs to read the constitution and previous immunity reviews by the Supreme Court. The SCOTUS has previously ruled that there is immunity for a President in Civil matters and has also said if a President is impeached from office, there is no immunity. There is more to it and that's why they are there to sort it out and we are not.

Well, the court did create law out of thin air in Roe vs Wade.

What law was that? Sounds like you got your education in Columbia, SC.

The right to kill an unborn child.
Remember, states already had laws about abortion. There was never any federal legislation passed to create a national law. The courts made one up.

Pardon me. I thought you were talking about the recent decision that sent abortion back to the states where it always should have been.

No problem.
I suppose I could have been a little clearer in my earlier post.

Yet the president has the express power to pardon and grant reprieves

In article 2 section 2 except for in cases of impeachment
Which is the essence of the immunity claim
“The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.”

welp, creating a fake elector scheme is not an official duty of the office of the president, election interference, committing multiple counts of fraud in your private business dealings, nor hush money payments that violate campaign finance laws.
