Now that team that everybody thinks is good today is now 5-4 and they'll say Clemson hasn't beaten anybody. You know that's going to be the narrative sadly.

All we can do is go out and win. We have the opportunity to play a ranked Pitt and ACC championship opponent.

If so, which ones are good?

If Clemson beats Louisville, then they would become the best team we have beaten. Louisville seems like a pretty good team. I expect them to at least cover and to give our defense fits.

Guess I’m the narrative. Watched probably 3 games of UofL , games against decent teams. They seem like a 7-5 team. Now that’s an improvement over our schedule so far, but UofL is the equivalent of Clemson playing a Kentucky or Auburn at home. We’ll know a little more about this team when we go to Va. Tech(who lost to Vandy) and go to Pitt which I still think is the best team we’ll play in the ACC regular season schedule.

Weird how preseason no one thought, including myself, that not playing SMU or Miami would hurt our SOS. Would love a road game at SMU, great place to visit .

This narrative won't change, even if we beat Louisville, VT, Pitt, and Miami. The argument will still be "but they aint played nobody Paaawwwwwwwwl"

Rest assured Kentucky and Auburn fans will say they would go 11-1 with our schedule as well.

But if we go 11-1 we can handle business in the playoffs. That's all the matters.
