Ryan Day said last week that the Big Ten has discussed the possibility of decreasing the 21-day window.

It’s their conference. The whole thing was just a bunch of virtue signaling in the first (and second) place in their case. It all seems to be BS when they just change the rules based on getting left out of the money.
