Would it be cliche to make my resolution to lose weight?

I'm tired of being slightly overweight. But seeing fellow lungers successfully do it, maybe I can finally muster enough motivation.

still get the walk with less back ache. I played a lot on a real hilly course so it didn't matter, trying to pull that thing up a hill is just as bad

I am awful. I lose at least one ball per hole and maybe have had one legit par in my life. I think I should sell my gear.

I would highly recommend getting a few lessons from the same PGA Professional. Stagger out the lessons and follow their lesson plan, it will really help you.

I tried to hop right back up and as soon as I put pressure on my right leg I collapsed down again.
Went to Redfern a couple days later, they looked at it, said it wasn't torn, just a bad sprain. Knee always hurt when I'd play any sports the rest of my time at Clemson, but I never stopped.
Then first time playing Ultimate Frisbee at my work (seriously working for the company for 3 weeks at that point), I had a similar fall, this time shredding the meniscus so it always hurt. Went to an actual ortho and he said it was torn. MRI to confirm and had surgery.

accord, don't think I had any sort of case. Recovery sucks for an ACL repair; however, taking as long as I did to have surgery and regaining full strength in the knee made recovery quicker than normal for me. But when that nerve block wears off 2 days after surgery, it is some serious pain.

Mine didn't take. To make matters worse when I went for my first PT appt 2 days after surgery I was having pain in my calf and ankle. Ended up being 2 very nice sized blood clots. Hands down worst pain of my life. I have a VERY high pain tolerance and I didn't want to move because if blood rushed to the area it hurt that bad.

recovery. #### oxycodone made me so nauseous if I had it without food, so I would wind up not taking it at times. And Anna wanted me to wear the compression at all times to prevent clots (thankfully I didn't get one) and I was always cursing to take the ####### thing off.
Safe to say we aren't planning on tearing our ACLs again.

You got that right. I hope I never tear another Knee Ligament. However, I do have surgery(scope) scheduled for march to take care of a nice wad of scar tissue behind my knee cap and clean up my meniscus of some kind of issue(says he wont be able to tell the extent until he's in there).

Yep, blowing my knee out has been the biggest issue for me. I blew it out dunking a basketball. Shortly after surgery I started back to school full time(15-18 hours/sem.) and working 40 hours a week and exercise and eating right went to the wayside. Been a struggle ever since.
