Got my vote. Thanks again for details on the match. I'm guessing that #6 is a definite compromise.

Curious. Would it help our ranking if we lost to fsu 4-3 ? I mean, one can certainly dream of a win over a top 20 opponent, but I didn't know if close losses to good teams factor in as it does in bball.

Wins and losses only. Margin of victory does not matter. Only thing it affects is if the individual players have singles rankings it will affect their individual ranking. Like if our #1 upset FSU’s #1 player who is #4 in the nation it would greatly help his ranking even if the team lost.

:) I'm one of those that's always been adamant that a close loss is the very same as big loss bc the mark still shows up in the loss total. Also there is no category for narrowly won or slightly lost...
