This is not "sour grapes", but I think Gary was intimidated

by our talent, and was probably worried that he might not start anytime soon. He will get plenty of opportunities at Michigan. I'm actually happy for the guy and thinks he made the right decision. I'm not sure he would start for us as soon as he will at Michigan. I could be wrong, but time will tell I guess. I'm happy with everyone we got, and Gary would have just been icing on a huge cake.

I think it had more to do with Harbaugh

sending his former HS coach(current UM employee) to meet the Limo @ the ESPN studios to inform him who would be out of work and out of a scholarship if he didn't commit to UM.

Haha, how do you have any basis of info to think that

a recruit was intimidated by the talent at Clemson? It's not like he decided to go play at Indiana instead, he went to Michigan. And Michigan will continue to recruit around/over and to his position at a high level just like a Clemson.

Disagree, not saying your wrong but I disagree. I think

Gary played for us this year a substantial amount at DE if he came to Clemson and had no injuries. Just look at his performance in the All Star game, Under Armor game maybe. He was a stand out there the whole game. Not sure what made him go to UM but best of luck to him.

No. He had too much outside pressure to go to Michigan.

His HS coach got a job with Michigan and begged for his life to go to Michigan.

Gary was a Tiger the night before and was understood by everyone else in the family.

The pressure got to him.

Let's just say

Aug 10, 2016, 2:13 PM

Harbaugh threatened to take things away from people around him if he did not go to Michigan.
