Idk why this picture keeps attaching upside down, but I’ve got a 24oz ribeye in a bath to try out the new sous vide cooker. Taking it up to 130°, then will sear it 1 min per side in a screaming hot pan w some butter. Serving w some mushrooms, zucchini, and got a bottle of red open and breathing now.

Bimbimbap with ginger rice, zucchini, carrots, button shrooms and pickled scallions. Topped with sriracha!
Gonna fry up some pork loin in some sesame+vegetable oil and then cook rest in some Gochuang.Will put my fried egg on top of that.
Faux Korean for me.

Nice dude! Live bibimbap. I’ve always wanted a proper pan or those stone bowls that get the rice super crispy and browned. Every time I try in cast iron it just sticks and burns like crazy.

the flavors down pretty well just using some online recipes. I would like to try and do a proper bulgogi on top but haven't got that far yet.
