We had salmon filets, silver queen corn, and spear a grass. Then had lemon tiramisu for dessert.

It’s prob my wife’s favorite meal besides a giant ribeye so when she asks I make it every month or so. It’s delicious but time consuming.

You have to flour the chicken and cook first in butter

Then have to make the sauce after w capers, lemon, chicken stock, garlic. I’m not saying it’s hard but it def takes some time. More time than just grilling some meat.

Got baby backs out of the freezer to thaw.

Lass nite I took 1 red onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper

pint of cherry maters and 4 eye-tal-yun sausages, mixed them with some oregano, thyme, paprika and S&P.
Tossed, spread on a sheet pan and broiled till the sausages were done. Served over some fettucini.
Twas VERY good.
